Conceived by a visionary studio and completed in 2019, this residence occupies a secluded ridge above the city — commanding uninterrupted views from the Pacific to the canyon floor below.

Every material was chosen for its relationship to light: raw limestone that shifts from pale gold at dawn to warm amber at dusk; custom bronze hardware patinated to echo the surrounding hillside; wide-plank French oak underfoot, unfinished and honest.

The estate includes a subterranean screening room, a climate-controlled wine cellar for 3,200 bottles, a full spa suite, and a guest pavilion accessible via covered walkway — all set within 1.8 acres of drought-tolerant landscaping by a Pritzker-shortlisted garden practice.
